Chef AJ’s House Dressing

An easy, tasty, healthy way to add zest to salads and vegetables!


  • 1/2 cup water                                                                
  • 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 tablespoons tahini                                                     
  • 6-8 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 4 tablespoons low-sodium tamari                              
  • Medjool date, 1 large, pitted and broken apart
  • 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice


Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. (Lime juice works great as a substitute for lemon juice.)
