Easy Red Salsa

Salsa is a game day staple. Serve this healthy side with crispy vegetables like bell peppers, celery or jicama instead of fried chips. It’s also a delicious topping for baked potatoes and rice.


  • 14 oz can diced tomatoes, with juice 1 lime juiced
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1 Jalapeno pepper, diced & seeded freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, peeled salt to taste


Blend all in a blender or food processor until mixed but still slightly chunky.
