Lifestyle Medical Groups: Mindfulness & Movement

In February 2024, we launched a new online group via zoom led by Yoga Instructor Joan Varini. This group focuses on mindfulness, meditation practices, breath work as well as gentle yoga, movement and stretching.  

Join Joan as we learn to stretch and calm your body. Settle and free your mind, experience the deeply relaxing and healing benefits of yoga and gentle movement combined with the therapeutic power of breath work and the space of peace within all of us as we learn to become more mindful. All classes will conclude with Savasana (deep relaxation) and guided meditation, to set us in a place of high balanced energy for an efficient and peaceful day. We will also explore how to take control of our breath and mental focus.

If you are are a current patient, we encourage you to join our group live on Wednesdays at 10 am via Zoom. Joan offers personalized modifications for all levels including seated and standing variations to movements.
