Nutritional Yeast Popcorn

This healthy snack just got an upgrade! Serves 4.


  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 bag microwavable popcorn kernels, unsalted and unbuttered.


Cook popcorn in the microwave according to package directions.

Combine seasonings in a large bowl with a lid.

Add popcorn and drizzle with olive oil.

Place the lid on the bowl and shake well.

Mix It Up: Try new combos of salt and vinegar, or cinnamon and vegan butter.
