Ingredients
- 1 cup of unsalted whole almonds
- 1 cup of unsalted pecans
- 1 cup of walnuts
- 1 cup of shelled pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup of dried unsweetened cranberries
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Combine all ingredients except for cranberries.
Spread across 2 baking sheets and bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Remove from the oven and let cool, then stir in the cranberries.
